„Salmon in parchment paper“

Serves 4 2 Leeks 800g Salmon fillet 2 Tbsps. poppy seed Olive oil Salt & pepper 4 Large sheets of parchment paper 4 Large sheets of aluminum foil Clean leeks and cut into thin rings. Coat with salt, pepper and 2 tbsps. olive oil.
