„Bacon wrapped prawns“

Serves 4 16 Large uncooked prawns 16 Slices of bacon 2 Cloves of garlic 16 Wooden skewers, one for each prawn Olive oil Peel the prawns, leaving the head and tail fins on. Devein by cutting into the back of the prawn and pull out the vein, rinse and paper-towel dry.
